Pathory does not replace professional travel agency services, legal, financial, medical, visa, or safety advice. You must consult authorized sources for important decisions.

By using Pathory, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept the terms, you must not use the service.

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and using the service is your responsibility.

• Keeping login credentials confidential, using a strong password, and not sharing them with anyone belongs to you.

• You cannot allow unauthorized persons to use your account.

• Plans may include estimated times, routes, venues, costs, and suggestions.

Pathory does not guarantee that travel plans will always be error-free, complete, up-to-date, or suitable for a specific result. Final travel decisions are always made by you.

• Payment providers when active.

• Email delivery, hosting, and infrastructure providers.

Pathory is not responsible for the content, prices, availability, terms, or service quality of third-party websites. Their own terms apply when you use these services.

• Pathory may offer certain upgrades (e.g. Smart or Pro plans) for a fee. Prices and terms are presented prior to purchase.

• When upgrades are purchased, a clear confirmation step is shown. Refunds are evaluated based on whether the full plan has been viewed or accessed.

• Fees and refund terms are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

All content of the service (including software, design, logos, graphics, and texts) belongs to Pathory or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms of Use or for other security/legal reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathory shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, travel plans, or third-party interactions.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with local laws, and any disputes shall be resolved in the competent local courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
